The Asia Pacific Regional Controller will be responsible for all financial operations in our Asia offices and will report directly to the Corporate Finance [on.
# Monitor and contribute to the completion of budget and forecasts and properly regulate the amount of spending.
# Address accounting, local consolidation, internal control, treasury, tax and corporate governance issues, as needed.
# Perform financial planning and business analysis, budgetary control, cash flow management, tax reporting and operations review.
# Oversee the preparation, aggregation, review and submission of monthly financial information to the Corporate Finance organization in a timely and accurate manner.
# Uphold and enforce financial policies and procedures.
# Anticipate business requirements, trends, and variances; develop action plans; measure and analyze results; initiate corrective actions; minimize the impact of negative variances.
Requirements:
# 10 relevant years of experience in US and PRC corporate, tax and accounting matters.
# Excellent communication and presentation skills.
# Strong leadership skills.
# Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving organization.
# Solid result oriented team player.
# Track record in acting as a credible and decisive change agent while maintaining the necessary flexibility to support organizational priorities.
# BS Finance or Accounting; MBA highly desirable.
# Fluency in Mandarin/English. Additional fluency in Cantonese desirable.
# Ability to travel within the Asia Pacific Region up to one month per quarter.
