My original ANC offer (still in negotiation)

This offer from a service company:
Ok, so I just got a phone call from this company that I interviewed with last Friday. I got their email offer (not official) from one of the interviewers Friday evening, and today they extended me official offer, verbally.
At first this guy lowballed me, and I said the ba<x>se salary offered was not much higher than my previous one. Then he offered one an additional $10k.
I was of course happy, but still, that salary couldn't compare with ACN's. So I told him about ACN's offer and he's also very honest that he'd talk to his supervisor since this was beyond his range of authority now. Two minutes later, he called me again, and yes, another additional $10k 
So, we negotiated extra $20k in less than 10min's of phone conversation. I like it quick for this matter  
In general, its ba<x>se salary is about $3000 less than ACN's, and its paid time off is not as good as ACN's either. Moreover, it didn't mention over-time pay, and frankly I don't see much over-time work needed, hehe This company was actually founded in the 1880's and has a few other affiliated firms under the same name. So, it's not bad at all...
By comparison, this company's total package is not as good as ACN. But the big upside is taht it needs mininal travel.
Personally I still lean toward ACN in that it presents me with more exposure, more challenge and better international opportunities. But 100% travel is not something my hubby would like me to do, not surprisingly.
I don't really know which one I'm gonna take in the end (hubby and close friends would suggest against ACN I think).
I'm now waiting for a final offer from that GIS firm, and in the mean time, negotiation with ACN was not going well. I then decided to "fire" that headhunter middlewoman and directly deal with ANC HR for negotiation (after all I got the offer first-hand and that headhunter only got to know about it from me).
Let's see what's gonna happen...^^

I bought "KATIE, The Real Story" last Saturday and very coincidently, it talked a lot about the salary package negotiations for anchormen (or for news/entertainment biz). Oh man, it's, simply BRUTAL!!!
