Telecom Manager for China – Shanghai-based
We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading international financial services organization with different entities in China, someone for the above-titled position. It is a major appointment ideally for a PRC-originated telecom specialist, but other candidates would be considered if following qualifications are met:
- English & Putonghua language capability
- Relevant degree holders
- At least 10 years data and voice telecom infrastructure management experience for large group of users
- Have dealt with public and private carriers such as Cisco, Nokia, Nortel, Witness, Hypercom and local telecom authorities and suppliers
- Supervision of a dozen engineers in the design, implementation and support of technologies including Wan, Lan, IP telephony, PABX and firewalls
- Business sense in dealing with users and IT teams to determine efficient and cost-effective solutions
