Title: Senior Application Developer

Job Description:
Serve as a highly motivated and effective Application Developer. Responsible for the business analysis and technical design & implementation for the new applications, and maintain existing information systems for the Enterprise Applications Group.
Job Duties include but not limited to:
•; Develop highly interactive personalized web based transactional applications (OLTP) for our internal business functions (e.g. Sales, Contracts, Finance, and Marketing).
•; Activities will include software requirements gathering, design, development, and testing of applications.
•; Communicate well among and between teams. Readily accept responsibility and demonstrate ability to work well in a team environment as judged by peers and management.
•; Work independently and within teams to accomplish assignments.
•; Ensure systems design and functionality matches the organization's business strategies and is clearly communicated to the user groups.
•; Design logical and physical data models to drive application architecture, while considering infrastructure capability and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.
•; Adjust existing system design and procedures to solve new problems in a dynamic environment.
Job Requirements
Development skills
•; Solid understanding of software engineering cycle used in mission-critical project environment.
•; Proficiency in ASP.Net and C# programming.
•; Strong knowledge of web-based application architecture, with hands-on experience in ASP programming.
•; Strong knowledge of the Microsoft SQL Server 2000 RDBMS platform, with proven database design (OLAP and OLTP) skills and knowledge of data integration concepts.
•; Able to self-teach various web and database technologies and existing code base quickly.
•; Technical understanding of server, network, and application interaction.
•; Familiarity with JD Edwards systems a plus.
Business skills
•; Strong business and system analytical skills.
•; Strong and creative problem solving skills.
•; Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•; Thorough understanding of application development concepts, three-tier design and modeling.

•;4+ years experience in related fields - must have significant IT business and technical experience

Serve as a highly motivated and effective Business Solutions Engineer. Responsible for the business analysis and technical evaluation of business processes, end user needs, and existing information systems, to create accurate business requirements and functional design specifications for solution implementation by the Enterprise Applications Group.
Job Duties include but not limited to:
•; Ensure systems design and functionality matches the organization's business strategies and is clearly communicated to the user groups.
•; Formulate, define, and document detailed solution objectives and scopes to develop Information Systems, taking into account best-practice methodologies that blend industry requirements with organizational goals.
•; Design logical and physical data models to drive application architecture, while considering infrastructure capability and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.
•; Adjust existing system design and procedures to solve new problems in a dynamic environment. •;
•; Assist management to plan, organize and lead tasks and projects with strong bias towards thorough quality assurance in customer deliverables.
•; Contribute, as part of a team, towards our goal of providing customers with products that exceed their quality standards.
•; Create test documents
•; Research and identify flaws in our applications before they are released to the public; participate in the analysis and resolution of issues.
•; Design and maintain test suites based on product specifications.

Responsible for designing and implementing web-based enterprise applications, developing and supporting data ETL processes, and maintaining Microsoft Office-based end user applications.
Job Duties including but not limited to:
•; Formulate and document detailed solution objective and scope to develop business applications for user groups such as Marketing.
•; Develop and implement ASP and .Net based web applications.
•; Apply TSQL to generate reports for management team.
•; Build and maintain DTS packages and ETL procedures.
