Job description:
Business Analyst will be expected to perform business and financial analysis, assist in negotiation due diligence and transaction structuring, and complete various development and advisory assignments.
Ideal candidates should have the following profile:
1. Bachelor/Master’s degree from a leading Chinese university with superb academic record;
2. At Least one year full time work experience. Backgrounds in multinational corporations, leading local or international law firms, management consulting firms, accounting firms, and other international financial, strategic, operational, and business advisory organizations are strongly preferred;
3. Experience working in a multicultural environment, excellent knowledge and understanding of Mandarin Chinese and English (listening, writing and speaking)
4. Solid communication skills (concise, effective and persuasive);
5. Good team player; Willingness to work hard;
