Responsibilities:
Role will cover multiple facilities and reside in Xiamen, China and have responsibility for oversight of the IC teams in Xiamen and Chengdu.
Accomplishes results through the management of a team of professional team members and/or leaders
1.Acts as an advisor to subordinate leaders or staff members.
2.Develops and delegates schedules, objectives and goals.
3.Works with global peers in Inventory Control to develop standard processes and methods for inventory.
4.Interacts with and makes recommendations and presentations to executive level management and external auditors.
Requirement:
1.Required 10+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Engineering, Procurement, Operations or Project Management, with at least 6+ years of Management experience.
2.Undergraduate degree and 8-10 years of relevant experience or Graduate degree and 6-8 years of relevant experience.
