Job Title: OD Consultant
Reporting To: OD Director
Location: Shanghai
Company Overview:
Our client, founded in 2000, is a leading provider of new generation core insurance software and services for both life and general (P&C) insurance worldwide. It's a Chinese company backed by GE capital, Softbank and VC. All their products are developed fully based on web technology and designed according to best practice management thinking, supporting all products and channels in one customer centric system. Its customers include leading insurance companies in Asia, Europe, and North America and its products are supporting operations of customers in more than a dozen of countries or regions, both for green field start up and legacy system replacement. They have more than 700 people with offices in Shanghai (global headquarter), Beijing, Singapore, India, Tokyo, Malaysia, and they are opening new sub-branches at Brazil, London and New York.
Key Responsibility:
1.Analyze business processes of the company according to the real business development. Provide reasonable proposal to improve and optimize business processes and organization structure and drive to implement.
2.Analyze, plan and optimize major responsibilities of management positions and the competency model according to organization structure and business goal.
3.Set up and implement management training program, design and perform management competency evaluation and performance evaluation, so as to continuously improve managers’ competency.
Top 3 requirements:
1.5-8-years working experience in software, IT service or insurance industry, 3 years above relevant OD experience.
2.Relevant experience in software development project management, organization management and people management.
3.Proficient in both Chinese and English, and has strong communication skills. MBA degree will be preferred.

1.Our client is solely focused on insurance and has strong focus on building a world class innovation center for insurance technology.
2.It's a domestic company with fast growing customer base in around 20 countries and talented management teams from Mckinsey, IBM, Oracle, etc.
3.It's going to IPO in the next 2-3 years.
