Roles:
- Provide HR general support to Agro including Staffing, C&B, Employee Relationship, Performance Management and Talent Development, ensuring the effective implementation of regional HR policies, processes and practices. Foster a value-based culture in Agro, propose effective organization structure to support business, provide value-added suggestions to Agro management team as a HR professional.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with line manager to support the business on I&GP and AOP targets.
- Design and settle down HR related policies and process including staffing, C&B, training, etc.
- Set right Agro HR strategy considering agriculture trends in China, unique and niche talent pool in a more competitive market of the emerging of Agro multinational and local companies.
- Ensure smooth HR daily operation and make sure the legal compliance based on self-judgement and experience. (Due to the lack of black and white national rules and regulations or practices in agriculture filed.)
- Conduct workforce planning and control employee related cost within budget.
- Develop effective and multiple recruitment channels to fill in the vacancies timely and within budget. Keep good relationship with search firm, third-party agency and university. Lead yearly campus recruitment.
- Ensure seamless on-boarding of staff at all levels.
- Develop and implement effective retention and rewarding system to keep critical talent pool.
- Provide and execute plans for talent development and enrich pipeline bench build to meet the aggressive business growth needs.
- Facilitate HR core processes and ensure flawless implementation, i.e., PMP, OHS, PPP, etc.
- Analyze staff training needs and recommends related training courses. Ensure the completion of mandatory training courses.
- Be a certified internal trainer for mandatory courses.
- Embed a value-based culture and ensure flawless cross-functional, top-down and bottom-up communication.
- Fosters a cooperative and harmonious working climate that maximizes employees’ morale and productivity.
- Ensure compliance of statutory and local labor laws on employment terms, conditions and related issues.
Requirements:
- University degree
- 8 years+ HR relevant experience in dynamic environment.
- Line HR/HR generalist experience.
- Fluent written and conversational skills in English.
- Good communication and influence skill with diverse people.
- Strategic thinking.
- Hands-on capability.
