Senior Innovation Expert
Location China Shenzhen(prefered),U.S. Euro(considered)
Requirement
** software company Innovation center is focus on background generating new idea/product to operators. Innovation center also responsible for high-end ICT communication, industry forum discussion and alien innovation center with operators.
Responsibilities
1. Function as ICT Innovation expert, introduce advanced innovation experience and method to **innovation center. That will include team structure, working method, industry suggestion, and new ideas/products.
2. By communication with major telecom carriers to collect and clarify customer essential requirements, and guide innovation center to deliver products as customer required.
3. Introduce new ideas/products from HQ to operator customers for their reference and following up.
4. Make research in ICT related fields, include technical trend analysis, competence analysis etc. Produce report in a fixed period as industry guide.
5. Participating important industry conferences and forums, establish solid connection with industry experts and leading companies. Speech on essential conference and push ** be member of some panels/workshops.
Qualifications
Candidates should have a minimum of 10+ years experience in telecommunications with
a) Deep knowledge of telecom operator technical and service structure. etc
b) Candidates with experience as lead role in world leading company working on innovation department or related teams should be expected. For example
Ericsson, NORTEL, MICROSOFT, NOKIA, ALU.
c) Proven expertise in innovating new ICT products/services and successful cases in cooperation with operators.
d) Deep knowledge of current situation of telecom service in different carriers.
e)
Good understanding of evolution path of telecom service, proven xperiences on advanced solution.
f)
Valid Membership of industry panels/workshops should be expected.
g) Experiences on alien working team with carriers. Former experience working in major carriers will be appreciated. For example: AT&T, Verizion, Sprint, Bell, Rogers. etc
And the candidates shall be:
1. Business orientated & commercially aware and Results orientated
2. Candidates should be self motivated, professional, confident & innovative
3. Passionate about knowledge sharing
4. Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
5. Candidate must have excellent interpersonal skill and team collaboration.
6. Candidate must have a BS or better in a field such as Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
