Roles and Responsibilities
1,Collect and integrate customers’voice to meet customers’ needs.
2,Develop service process to improve customer delight.
3,Ensure the centre achieves SLA and KPI targets.
4,Ensure the centre meets all the commitments in support of new business Monitor intra-transaction to ensure hotline's quality and improve service standard.
5,Manage staff training and optimize the training and support system to improve the engineers’ability.
6,Provide visible and effective leadership to the staff to inspire the team energetic and clannish.
7,Provide high-level technical solutions to customers and troubleshoot products' special problems.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, major in computer related area and at least 1 year work experience.
2. Expert in computer hardware, software and network, could troubleshoot computer problems rapidly. Be accomplished in OS(win98/2000/XP/VISTA).
3. Good communication skill, have energetic and harmonious abilities.
4. High efficiency with innovation and executive skills.
5. Fluent in verbal and written English.
6. Project management experience in priority.
