Essential Criteria
-Qualifications in Maths and English (College/ Degree)
-Full driving licence
-Minimum of 2 years experience in a management position
-Experience of working to KPI's, meeting and exceeding targets
-Experience of working within a commercial service environment
-Experience of controlling budgets and profit and loss reporting
-Performance management experience
-Management Skills (Team Leading skills)
-PC literate
-Presentation skills
-Customer focused approach
-Communication skills at all levels
-Ability to motivate, develop and influence a team
-Ability to work effectively in a team
Desirable Criteria
-Education in people management
-English Language
-Knowledge of Express/Logistic/ Transportation IndustryOr Knowledge of FMCG Industry
-Local Knowledge
-Experience in Start Up or Project Management
-Sales Skills
-Knowledge of Logistics information systems e.g. Universe/STARS
-Analytical and report writing skills
-Out going Personality
-Able to relocate if necessary
