1) Participate in designing/developing/executing a series of organization development programs such as Management Development, Leadership Modeling, Succession Planning, Competency Management to build up a high efficiency learning organization.
2) Own a number of the development programs providing strong coordination leadership on the full life cycle design/development/execution
3) Facilitate other HR counterparts to enhance management team leadership style/management skills per implementing the HR programs.
4) Involve in the employee development program design/implementation to assist the employee on their career planning.
5) Serve as the leader of the training team to design relevant training programs for development program implementation purpose
1) BA degree or above;
2) At least 10 years experience in HR in multi-national companies,
3) at least 3+ above years in big ODM factory specialized as training function head.(size over 15,000)
4) Strong skills and knowledge of creative thinking, coaching, influencing, consulting, strategic planning, analysis and strong communication skills.
5) Strong sense on Project management/ Program development and management is perfect
6) Self starter with strong execution focus and the ability to take charge in ambiguous situations
7) Extensive experience working with senior level management (VP) is a plus
