PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Provide first level telephone and email support to various countries on HR systems such as HR Direct, Performance Direct and Talent Direct.
2.Provide comprehensive documentation of issues and resolutions using appropriate information systems.
3.Work with assigned countries / contacts across APJ to ensure all HR Transactions are completed in HR Systems to agreed timelines to the highest level of accuracy.
4.Apply working knowledge and understanding of Human Resources programs, processes, applications, policies and administration to assist internal customers.
5.Reference information from multiple sources to resolve issues.
6.Determine best method(s) to resolve issues ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies and practices.
7.Work cross-functionally with other departments (as required) to coordinate resolution.
8.Provide training to new reps.
9.Participate in special projects or assignments as required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Must possess knowledge of any 2 of the following languages : English, Chinese, Korean and Japanese
•Strong organizational skills
•Strong commitment to quality
•Strong Customer Service Skills (includes the ability to handle difficult customer issues in a professional manner, respond to customer needs in a timely manner and identify customer needs)
•Ability to work well with others
•Ability to handle stressful situations
•Ability to demonstrate initiative and good judgment in resolving issues affecting customer satisfaction
•Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively
•Detail-oriented
•Working knowledge of HR practices
•Working knowledge of following software preferred: Windows, MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access)
Education/Experience:
3Prefer BS/BA degree or an acceptable equivalent combination of education related training and experience. Ideally possess prioir experience in HR, customer service or related field.
