To whom it may concern,
As the survey administrator for Chinese Returnee Career Survey, I sent out invitations to potential candidate. Here is my response to your questions and concerns.
1. I got your email address from: https://www.haiguinet.com/club/club.asp. As a registered member, I can see other member's emails. There is no hacking, no hijacking, no 3rd party channel.
2. This is an one time invitation. If you get the invitation email more than once, it's because you have registered to the club with a same email address more than once. If you decided to take the survey, thank you. If you decided not to take the survey, no problem. Either way, you will never be contacted again without your specific permission.
3. This survey is for academic purpose. I am a student. I don't pay anyone to do it, and no one pay me anything to do it. This survey is what it say it is, no hidden agenda.
4. As I have put it in the first sentence of my invitation, if this email has caused you any grief, I'd apologize for it.
